How to Apply DME AP Specialists & GDMO Posts

1. Application Procedure for all DME AP Specialists & GDMO posts : Candidate should submit their application form in the format given below.
  • All the copies of the following documents Should be submitted with the application and the originals to be produced at the time of interview.
  • The application should be sent in a sealed cover by Registered / Speed Post/ in person to the “ The Director of Medical Education, Old Govt. General Hospital campus, Hanumanpeta, Vijayawada, Krishna District – 520002, AP.”
  •  The name of the post and department / speciality to be written on the top of the cover (superscribed) as shown below IMAGE
  •  Last date of receiving application is : 20th March 2019 @ 5.00 PM.
  •  Incomplete applications / applications without enclosures will not be Valid.

. The Required documents for The Medical posts :

1) Affix passport size photo will be needed in the space provided on the application. 2) Demand Draft Rs.1500-00 from any Nationalized Bank in favour of the Director of Medical Education, Andhra Pradesh payable at Vijayawada should be attached to the application. 3) S.S.C. certificate ( proof of date of birth \ Birth Proof) 4) Study certificates 5) Marks lists of Post graduation (MD / MS / Mch / DM / DNB ) Applications without mark list will not be Valid. 6) Copy of Your Degree Certificates i) MBBS ii) Post graduation MD / MS / MDS / DNB iii) Super Specialty DM / M.Ch / DNB Certificates etc., 7) Registration of PG / Super-specialty / DNB degree with A.P. Medical Council. 8) Service certificate / Experience certificate from Your previous institute.
